Nice staff, good location, liked the free coffees, juices etc on hand in the bar/reception area, felt very secure - good activities available like pool table, Jenga etc. and although basic, the snacky type food you could order (pizza, fries etc) was decent and is on hand 24 hours which was useful. Room was well worth the money. Be careful at the NCP carpark who they have a tie in with (which does save you a lot of money) as you will find heroin addicts shooting up on the staircases, needles everywhere and them generally crawling around the place especially at night. This is not the hotels fault and they did get onto NCP as they were horrified. So if you're a lone female for example, I'd forgo the saving on offer and park somewhere else which does not have easy access for the addicts to sneak in like the NCP does.

Easy to find, in great location - surprisingly quiet at night, especially as the hotel is located right near some bars/restaurants and very central. Stayed with my 10yr old in a twin room. She commented how comfortable the beds were and we slept really well. Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel very clean and modern. We liked the quirky references to Glasgow incorporated in the design and decor of the hotel. We loved the breakfast. A brilliant choice of all sorts to eat and plenty of room in the bright, clean bar area. My daughter loved the free pool table too! Staff were happy to look after our bags upon arrival prior to the room being ready, and again at the end of our stay after checkout - so we were free to explore all day before getting the train home.

Spotlessly clean which is due to the housekeeping Department, bed linen is lovely and the mattress was very comfortable.. (read on for quality of sleep . ) Room is small but as a base it’s ideal. Reception staff very friendly and helpful .there is a restaurant and bar but limited choice ,.Coffee machine is free but would have liked a fresh coffee but not a deal breaker for me .Ironing board etc is in the room and the hairdryer was good . Location is great ,5 min walk to St George’s square, main rail stations and subway restaurants, cinema, museums also very close .

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to town. Reception staff were lovely and made conversation. Mentioned through the app when booking that the stay was for our anniversary. Staff were kind enough to leave a handwritten note and gift in the room on arrival. This made it feel even more special. Can’t praise them enough for attention to detail. We would definitely stay again. Bed was firm and comfortable. Slept well. Blackout curtains made it feel like midnight even in the day. It’s perfect for short stays in the city. Highly recommend. :)

The place was amazing from when arrived very informative and easy to follow signs, amazing decor I liked the very Glasgow aesthetic true to theme all the way to the room absolutely spotless and most comfortable room possible all appliances where insanely useful (they thought of everything) and had absolutely everything we needed easily accessible and very well laid out rooms ensuring maximum function and support while also not making the room feel cramped amazing
